Tropical Storm Fred Flash Estimate

Tropical Storm Fred brought high winds to the Dominican Republic and coastal areas of Florida. Because of high wind shear and land interaction with several Caribbean islands, Fred never intensified beyond a tropical storm. KCC estimated the impacts of Fred using the high-resolution KCC Caribbean and US Hurricane Reference Models.
